The Comittee carries out various work to improve the allotment site and facilities.

Major projects are always approved at the AGM first, though the Committee carries out other minor projects as the need arises.

​

Previous developments have inluded security fencing  and gating around the site; surfacing of roads; establishments of verges; interior and exterior car parks; committee room; on site toilet; water supply refurbishment.
